1. Introduction
Welcome to LenniesLensPhotography By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
We provide professional photography services, including but not limited too weddings, portraits, events. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon booking.

3. Booking & Payment
a) A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of £50 has been received within 7 days of booking.
b) The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the session.
c) Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a) Cancellations made more than 14 days before your session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
b) Cancellations within 14 days of session will result in the loss of the deposit.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
a) All photographs taken by us are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).
b) We retain full copyright and moral rights over all images, whether digital or print.
c) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use purchased images for private purposes only.
d) You may not edit, sell, or use our images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Usage Rights & Portfolio Display
a) We may use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
b) If you do not want your images displayed, you must inform us in writing before the shoot.

7. Liability
a) We will take the utmost care in providing our services. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury beyond our control.
b) In the event of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery of the agreed services, our liability is limited to a full refund.
c) We will not be liable for failure to attend or late arrival caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, fuel shortages, terrorism, industrial action, venue access restrictions or closures, or other unavoidable acts of nature or force majeure.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
a) We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
b) Your personal data will only be used for booking, service delivery, and communications related to your session.
c) We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the English courts.
